Our Booking Process

With over 2,300 beach weddings under our belt—from Atlantic Beach, NC to North Myrtle Beach, SC—we’ve perfected the art of planning unforgettable coastal ceremonies. We truly understand beach weddings, from the little details to the big picture, and we’re here to ensure your wedding day is seamless and stress-free.

 

Many of our couples are planning from out of town—or even out of state—so we’ve designed our process to make long-distance planning as simple and worry-free as possible.

 

Here’s a quick overview of how our booking process works and what you can expect:

 

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We’ll begin by discussing available dates, wedding packages, and ceremony locations. You can reach out to us by phone or email, and we’ll help you determine the perfect time and place for your wedding based on your preferences.

 

Step 2: Securing Your Date

Once we finalize your package, location, and date, we’ll send an invoice to your email for the retainer fee. This serves as both your payment and contract. After your invoice is submitted, we’ll email you a Welcome Letter.

 

Step 3: The Welcome Letter

This email includes helpful information, tips for planning a beach wedding, and a link to our detailed planning questionnaire. The form will ask for everything from your names and decorations options, wedding colors to the bridal party etc.

 

Step 4: Vendor Support

Need help with extras like cakes, flowers, video services, or receptions? We’re happy to connect you with trusted vendors who can make your vision come to life.

 

Step 5: Final Review at 8 Weeks Out

Around eight weeks before your wedding, we’ll send you a final planning review. This is when we gather any updates or missing details from your questionnaire. We’ll also ask for photos of the bride’s dress, bridal party attire to help us finalize your ceremony setup and arbor decorations.

 

Step 6: Wedding Day Timeline

Using all the information you’ve provided, we’ll create a detailed timeline for your big day. It will include arrival times, location info, processional order, music selections, and all the essential details.
